5) Whilce Portacio William “Whilce” Portacio is a Filipino American comic book writer and artist best known for his work on such titles as The Punisher, X-Factor, Uncanny X-Men, Iron Man, Wetworks and Spawn.

Portacio was born in Sangley Point, Cavite City, Philippines, but grew up in the United States in places such as Midway Island and New Mexico and moved to San Diego, California.
